What’s better that noshing on food truck fare with beer in hand? Not much, as far as the folks at the American Lamb Board are concerned. As part of their new Brews & Ewes series, they’ll be making the rounds, bringing together artisanal sippers & lamb-tastic finger foods at beloved local breweries. Throughout October and November, you can pop in to any (or all) of four pop-ups taking place to try your hand at themed carnival-style games and eat all the American lamb dishes your heart (or your stomach) so desires. At each stop on this mini tour, there’ll be full-sized plates for purchase from partner food trucks (see who’s signed on at each location below) as well as free samples of different specials that’ll make you rethink everything you think you know about lamb.
Keep your eye on two Instagram feeds — @bostonchefsnews and @lambjamtour — during the week of each pop-up. They’ll be hosting a giveaway before every event in which the winner (and a pal!) get a free American lamb dish at the par-tay.
