Down the Road Beer Co. has hosted many an epic dinners in the past, but on Tuesday, March 27th, they’re kicking things up a notch (or ten) with the first in their Brew Chef Project series. In a mission to unite the most creative minds in Bay State cuisine with DTR’s sudsy enthusiasm, the Brew Chef Project gives local chefs the opportunity to create their very own brew, and then pair it with a meal for all you beer buffs and food fanatics to enjoy. For the flagship event, they’ve invited two Boston powerhouses to face off, so get to the Everett brewery at 7:00pm to see Toro vs. Little Donkey as they throw down over dinner and their custom Extra Special Bitter Ale. You’ll get to taste multiple courses from both restaurant teams, paired with their ESB and a number of Down the Road favorites. Tickets for this event are $50, and they’re bound to sell out fast.
