He’s spilling all his secrets in a hands-on baking class on Monday, March 11th at The Kitchen at Boston Market. From 6:00 to 8:00pm you’ll learn all the tricks and techniques necessary to make two from-scratch loaves (to be finished at home), plus a scratch cultured butter perfect for spreading on fresh-from-the-oven bread. Be prepared to get elbow-deep in flour, and come thirsty: you’ll be tasting three New England wines from the Massachusetts Wine Shop to pair with your home cookin’.
