Celebrate Mardi Gras the Cajun way with a crawfish boil at Sweet Cheeks Q on Tuesday, February 25th. Chef-owner Tiffani Faison and her culinary director Dan Raia are having fresh crawdads flown in directly from Louisiana for the occasion, which starts at 5:00pm and goes ’til the last tasty little crustacean is gone. The boil up with include the traditional fixings (Gulf shrimp, Andouille sausage, new potatoes and corn on the cob slathered in butter and southern spices). There’ll also be gumbo and King Cake made by Big Heart Hospitality‘s award-winning pastry chef Dee Steffen Chinn.
