Bourbon & Bacon Fest

Cure your culinary boredom with a barrels-worth of eat and drink at the Bourbon & Bacon Fest. Saturday, March 12th, The Castle at Park Plaza hosts the smoked, cured and aged event, featuring pig plates from local restaurants like Loco Taqueria, Mei Mei Street Kitchen, Mirbeau, Flank, Lulu’s and more. To accompany the pork, distillers like Bird Dog, Corner Creek, Crater Lake, Mad River will be sampling their best whiskies. The tasting begins at 2:00pm and costs $50 per person for 10 bourbon pours and all the bacon. VIP tickets are available for $100 each and the perks include early entry at 1:30pm, extra eat and drink in the VIP area and 2 additional bourbon tastes (that’s 12 total!).
