Bouchon Dinner in The Seaport

Get a taste of Napa Valley by way of Chickadee in the Seaport’s Innovation and Design Building on Thursday, June 27th when chef John DaSilva tackles recipes from the Bouchon cookbook. DaSilva has an enviable collection of cookbooks and he’s been cracking open some of his favorites for monthly multi-course meetups. You won’t want to miss this session as he dives into the world of renowned chef Thomas Keller’s famed Yountville, California bistro.

Dinner costs $85 per person and includes five courses like Chilled Asparagus with vinaigrette and eggs mimosa, and Herb Gnocchi Parisienne with morels, peas and onion confit. Book your spots here for either a 5:30 or 8:00pm seating, and be sure to add on a wine, cocktail, or NA drinks pairing for a few extra dollars when you check out. You can even tack on a copy of the book if you don’t already have one in your home library for $25.
