Film director Francis Ford Coppola purchased part of the legendary Inglenook Estate in Napa Valley in 1975 when he and his wife were searching for a summer cottage and a place to make a little wine. They purchased the remaining part of the estate in 1995, and they now produce nine varietals including their flagship Rubicon. Scott McLeod, wine-maker at the estate for 13 years, will lead the Thursday, February 17th seminar and dinner. The seminar starts at 6:30pm in The Atlantic Room followed by dinner at 8:00pm also in The Atlantic Room. The seminar and dinner cost $195. Dinner only costs $145.
