Boston Wine Festival Joseph Phelps, Backus

On Thursday, March 10th Tom Shelton, president and CEO of Joseph Phelps Vineyards, will return for a second night to conduct a vertical tasting of the Backus Cabernet Sauvignon. It was first produced in 1977 from a 6.75-acre parcel leased from Marian Backus. The Backus Cabernets are extremely balanced, and concentrated, with rich flavorful fruit and will be showcased with Bruce’s culinary genius.
