Meritage chef Daniel Bruce and Jean-Louis Carbonnier of Carbonnier Communications will lead a unique seminar and dinner on the art of transforming nature’s bounty into a feast, by using wild ingredients including mushrooms, concord grapes, elderberries and butter-nuts. The wines selected will be terroir-driven, small production wines, which are full of character enhancing of both food and wine. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with a seminar in The Atlantic Room, followed by dinner at 8:00pm. The seminar and dinner cost $195 together.
