Bordeaux Blends

Over centuries, Bordeaux has created a model for wine that has been emulated in many countries around the world. This seminar and dinner will examine this trend away from variety-designated wines in a ’round-the-world’ tour including top-flight wines from France, California, Washington State, Italy, Hungary, Chile, Portugal, and Australia. On Tuesday, February 22nd, Jean-Louis Carbonnier of Carbonnier Communications in New York City will be your tour guide comparing and contrasting these Bordeaux-style wines. The Seminar starts at 6:30pm in The Atlantic Room followed by dinner at 8:00pm also in The Atlantic Room. The seminar and dinner cost $235. Dinner only costs $185.
