Prime (Time) Wine and Dine

Boston Chops goes coast to coast for the first installment of their new monthly Prime Wine and Dine series with BRIX Wine Shop. On Monday, April 4th, chef Chris Coombs and team are road-tripping to California via the wine glass. The five-course prix fixe menu is available for $79 per person, and features dishes like spicy sweetbreads and grilled rib eye alongside vintages from Sonoma, Napa and more. The bottles will represent West Coast classics with a pour paired for each plate. Dinner begins at 6:30pm—call 617.227.5011 to reserve a seat.
