Boston Chops explores the landscape of wine with their upcoming Prime Wine & Dine menu. The prix fixe dinner on Monday, September 12th is dedicated to terroir with a line up of expressive pours. Chef Chris Coombs will provide plates, like spicy tuna tartare and crispy pork belly, to match glasses from areas like Alsace, Willamette Valley and Piedmont.
