Things get Mediterranean at Boston Chops on Monday, August 1st. As part of their Prime Wine & Dine series, the restaurant will offer a five-course wine dinner, featuring the food and wine of Southern France, Italy and Spain. Chef Chris Coombs will have dishes like tomato and mozzarella salad with prosciutto and pesto, grilled hanger steak with crispy eggplant and sautéed shrimp with avocado and almonds.
