Boos, Brews & BBQ

Bone Up Brewing Facebook

It’s the most wonderful time of the year for people who love getting scared, dressing up in costume, eating candy and listening to creepy Halloween music. If you’re one of those people, make your way to Everett on Saturday, October 27th for Bone Up Brewing Co.’s Halloween Spooktacular. The nano brewery, run by husband-and-wife team Jared and Liz Kiraly, is putting on the ultimate day-long party with an ongoing costume contest (your pic will be snapped right when you walk in!) and beers from Bone Up past.

Drinking makes you hungry, so it’s a good thing the crew thought ahead and secured The Smoke Shop – Kendall Square to pop-up between 1:00 and 6:00pm with some of the best BBQ around town. They’ll be serving burnt ends sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, cornbread and spicy slaw. Once you’ve had your fill of the meats, order a beer flight with candy pairings to top off your afternoon eatin’. Ain’t nothing like a sweet treat and brew after some barbecue. It’s free to attend, but be a decent human being and click register on their Eventbrite page if you’re planning to go — it gives them get a headcount on how many might be in attendance so they can make sure they don’t run out of food (or beer), which helps you in the long run, really.
