On Thursday, January 25th, Harvest restaurant in Cambridge is kicking off another year of their popular “The Book and the Cook” dinner series with Hadley (read our Q & A with her here) and TJ Douglas of Urban Grape and their new wine-pairing book, Drink Progressively. Harvest Executive Chef Tyler Kinnett and Pastry Chef Josh Livsey will be joined in the kitchen by Straight Wharf Executive Chef Gabriel Frasca to conjure up four killer courses (plus delicious hors d’oeuvres) to be paired with wines (and a cool beer!) from around the globe using Hadley and TJ’s signature Progressive Scale, which sorts wines by weight rather than varietal. Enjoy delicious pairings while discussing how to do it yourself, ask whatever questions you have, and get away with a signed copy of the book to take home.
