Bonta Wine Dinner featuring Great Wines from Italy

Bonta Restaurant welcomes Cindy Richardson of Empson Importers to the restaurant on Tuesday, September 9th. She’ll be bringing Italian wines from Bortoluzzi, Castello di Fonterutoli and Macarini. Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner, with each course complemented by a hand-selected Italian wine from Epson Importers. On chef Bob Enigk‘s menu for the evening: poached salmon roll, steak tartare, pasta with a squid marinara sauce, lamb porterhouse and hazelnut biscotti.
