Bonny Doon Dinner at Downtown Bistro

On Thursday, March 20th, chef David Fitzgerald welcomes Bonny Doon’s Alex Krauss all the way from Santa Cruz to Lynn for a wine dinner at the Downtown Bistro & Wine Bar. Fitzgerald will be putting together a four-course menu designed to complement the biodynamic Californian wines, and Krauss will be available to answer any questions – including ones about why the vineyard just made the move from corks to screwcaps.
