It’s that time of year again—the arrival of 2015’s Beaujolais Nouveau heralds the onset of cold weather and the holiday season. But before the rat race begins in earnest, enjoy a relaxing evening at Chillingsworth on Saturday, November 21st. Starting at 6:30pm, the folks in Brewster will host their annual Harvest Celebration wine dinner. Starting with the Nouveau and rising steadily through the ranks of Beaujolais (villages level, then cru), guests will enjoy the delightful French reds with food to match—expect escargot, cassoulet and duck confit.
