Summer is the perfect time to veg out, and what better way to do it than with a menu full of the freshest produce around? On Thursday, June 14th, Chef Jason Bond is celebrating the season with a six-course vegan dinner at Bondir with veggies from local farmer’s markets and Sweet Autumn Farm, a certified organic, solar-powered operation in Carlisle. The menu won’t be determined until the date is closer and the chef knows what’s growing, but be sure that there’ll be plenty of flavor, as Bond already specializes in veggie-forward dishes that pack a punch. Tickets are $68, with a $42 beverage pairing to round out the evening including beer, wine, herbal teas, and vegetable juices from the garden.
