Bondir’s Harvest Dinner

Hutchins Farm Facebook

The summer dinner series at Bondir has celebrated a full range of happenings from June through August — the Strawberry Moon & summer solstice, Bastille Day and the Sturgeon Moon, to name a few — and the line-up is wrapping up with a final supper on Sunday, September 30th. Chef Jason Bond is inviting his friends from nearby Hutchins Farm, the oldest organic farm in Concord, to supply every ingredient for this special dinner. The menu details will be finalized a bit closer to the actual event date, but you can expect seasonal staples like tomatoes, corn, chard, beets, shallots, carrots, cabbage, dill, parsley, daikon, watermelon radish, leeks, eggplant, sweet peppers, and possibly shishitos, radicchio, and winter squash.

The folks from Hutchins Farm will be in attendance for the evening, which means you can chat directly with the grower of your food as you share a meal together prepared with that very harvest — how cool! Reservations will be accepted from 5:00 through 10:00pm, with spots costing $65 per person (plus an additional $42 if you’d like to add wine pairings). Call 617.661.0009 to secure your seat, or book online.
