A Suckling Pig Roast

Bondir Facebook

All good things must come to an end, including Bondir’s Summer Dinner Series. Chef-owner Jason Bond and his kitchen crew are putting on their last hurrah of the season with a good ol’ pig roast. Along with each course, there’ll be a fun summer beer pairing (wine is available as well for non-suds lovers). One brew the team is particularly pumped about is a Flemish-Style Red Ale aged in red wine barrels — Oude Tart from California’s The Bruery — which (unsurprisingly considering what type of barrels are used) is described as a wine-like beer. Dinner is $78 per person plus $52 for optional beverage pairings. Book your table online, or call 617.661.0009 to make a reservation.
