They’ve done boy bands and super heroes; this time around the themed-brunch-loving-team at Blue Inc. evokes the 80s in all its big-haired, acid-washed glory. On Sunday, September 8th from 11:00am until 3:00pm, chef Jason Santos will roll out a totally rad a la carte menu inspired by the era (it even has prices that are oh-so-three-decades-ago).
