Chef Ming Tsai brings Napa Valley to Boston with a Chateau Montelena wine dinner on Thursday, April 27th. Before the restaurant closes this summer, Blue Ginger diners can sit down to a five-course prix fixe, with plates like paprika-crusted butterflied shrimp and oven-roasted duck breast with Asian mole. Each dish will have a vine-y pairing from the 120+ year old winery, like Riesling, Chardonnay or Zinfandel. Dinner starts at 6:30pm and the full menu (below) is available for $125 per person.
