Pairing six pink pours with six Asian courses from the Blue Dragon kitchen, the kitchen will delight your taste buds with dishes like red snapper crudo, smoked oyster okonomiyaki, and, to finish, a blueberry galette, all accentuated with tinted wine from near and far.
