On Tuesday, October 1st, Blue Dragon is embracing the spirit of October with a beer dinner featuring Von Trapp Brewing. Strap on your lederhosen and get to the restaurant for a four-course feast marrying Asian cuisine with Austrian beer. The evening begins at 7:00pm with house-made pretzels and Thai pimento cheese dip paired with Helles golden lager, then you’ll sit for more deliciously implausible pairings marrying the flavors of East and West, all washed down with a lineup of lagers.
