blu Hosts a Tribute to Brandt Beef

On Monday, March 23rd beef certainly is what’s for dinner at blu, where chef Joseph Carli hosts a Brandt Beef Dinner as the next installment of his Monday Night Supper Club series. From the stuffed burger with foie gras and truffles to the bone marrow risotto, each of the evening’s six courses incorporates this all natural, corn fed, Californian beef, a favorite with chefs and foodies alike.
