The five-course menu, brimming with seasonal summer produce, features DeFazio’s rustic Italian cuisine in dishes like shrimp and melon with cured meats; diver scallop with zebra tomatoes; quail ravioli with fresh truffles; skewers of tenderloin and foie gras; and goats milk crème caramel with minted latte. This is the first time DeFazio has announced one of his dinners to the public – they usually fill up with regulars and seating is limited.
