Black Trumpet’s Cheesy Dinner

If you’re one of the many who count cheese as a favorite food, make sure you have a seat for Black Trumpet‘s cheese pairing dinner on Thursday, May 27th. As the grand finale to his six month long wine dinner series, chef-owner Evan Mallett will be welcoming award-winning cheese maker Allison Hooper of Vermont Butter and Cheese, who will have nine of her delicious products with her, to his Portsmouth eatery for a four course dairy centric meal. Tom Hansen of Chartrand Imports will also be in house to talk about the organic and bio-dynamic wines which will be paired with the evening’s dishes.
