If oysters are an aphrodisiac, prepare to be swept off your feet at Island Creek Oyster Bar on Saturday, June 10th. From 11:30am to 2:30pm, chef-owner Jeremy Sewall and his friends from Castle Island Brewing invite you to partake of a special oyster menu paired with local beers. While you munch on Oysters Gregory and smoked oyster salad, you can glean a slew of oyster-shucking tips, or pick up a copy of Sewall’s second tome, Oysters: A Celebration in the Raw.
