Guest chef Jamie Bissonnette joins chef Tomas Garcia on Wednesday, November 5th for a full on Bistro Night at the B Side Lounge. The a la carte menu features some carefully selected favorites with something for everyone. Try lobster grits (butter poached lobster over creamy grits made with a lobster bisque) or foie gras ravioli which comes in a verjus with fried sage and truffle oil.
