Brunch in the Back Bay all Columbus Day weekend—Bistro du Midi celebrates the holiday with special mid-morning hours Saturday, October 8th through Monday, October 10th. Chef Josue Louis will be serving up his breakfast specialties like citrus tea-cured salmon Benedict (which can be made even more decadent with the addition of caviar) all three days from 11:00am to 2:45pm. In honor of the long weekend (and Columbus’ long journey to the New World), head sommelier Todd Lipman has a cocktail that incorporates American, Spanish and Italian ingredients. The savory and spicy sipper features crop tomato vodka, piquillo pepper, lemon verbena, sherry vinegar, Sriracha, Cynar and celery bitters. Reservations can be made by calling 617.426.7878.
