Brunch in the Back Bay all Columbus Day weekend—Bistro du Midi celebrates the holiday with special mid-morning hours Saturday, October 8th through Monday, October 10th. Chef Josue Louis will be serving up his breakfast specialties like citrus tea-cured salmon Benedict (which can be made even more decadent with the addition of caviar) all three days from 11:00am to 2:45pm. In honor of the long weekend (and Columbus’ long journey to the New World), head sommelier Todd Lipman has a cocktail that incorporates American, Spanish and Italian ingredients.
