Bistro 44’s Prime Rib Night

Every Wednesday night Bedford’s beef loving diners can enjoy an old-school steakhouse meal at Bistro 44‘s Prime Rib Night. From 6:00-9:00pm, chef Jayson DeMarco serves up a classic menu of salad and warm rolls with maple butter, followed by a prime rib dinner with loaded baked potato, seasonal veggies and a hot popover. Based on their appetites, diners can choose between the regular cut (12 ounces for $18), the king cut (16 ounces $22) and the friar tuck cut (20 ounces for $26).
