Join chef Paul O’Connell on Tuesday, May 24th for a Biodynamic Wine Dinner at Chez Henri. The four-course dinner includes courses like spring onion and fava bean soup with a shrimp and mussel brochette and orange-saffron croutons; warm rabbit salad with frisse au lardons, asparagus, grain mustard and warm red wine vinaigrette; and baby lamb three ways -with farm cheese gnocchi, ramps and arugula fricasse -with borlotti beans, roasted with chorizo crust and -grilled with rosemary and preserved lemon. For dessert? Vanilla-scented poached apricots with green almond panna cotta. The dinner, which will be accompanied by carefully selected biodynamic wines, costs $60 per person.
