Biodynamic-Organic Wine Dinner at Le Soir

For the October installment of their monthly wine dinner series, chef Mark Allen invites guest to join him at Le Soir for a Biodynamic-Organic Wine Dinner on Friday, October 7th. The five-course dinner pairs organic wines with complimentary courses pumpkin risotto with rock shrimp and dill cream; salsify and prosciutto strudel with radicchio and frisée; braised beef short ribs with turnip-potato gratin and roast acorn squash and port jus; and brown butter financière with seasonal poached fruits and vanilla ice cream.
