Big Barolo Dinner at Terra

Eataly

Barolos are some of Italy’s most complex and elegant wines, but they take years to mature and aging them requires expert care and flawless conditions. On Tuesday, October 17th, skip the hard part and get straight to the drinking, with a four-course Barolo dinner at Terra, Eataly’s fine-dining restaurant. The evening will feature six vintages of Barolo from Fontafredda, one of the region’s most historic and esteemed producers, and their International Export Manager Alberto Frea will be on hand to walk you through the tasting. The wines will find perfect pairings with a Piedmont-inspired menu from Chef Dan Bazzinotti, starting with carne cruda alla Piemontese and finishing with a Chickering Farm veal chop with porcini mushroom rub. Seating for the event is extremely limited, and tickets are $185 including food, Barolo, and wine-knowledge. Click here for yours.
