It’s bagel time in the South End on Thursday, March 29th. Coppa welcomes back their friends Better Bagels for a morning pop-up, starting at 7:30am. If a bagel and spread just doesn’t do it for you, don’t worry because this time around, chef Jamie Bissonnette is featuring a Tuscan Egg Sandwich with a medium fried egg, sun-dried tomato cream cheese, and mortadella for $8. Plus, think beyond plain and scallion for your schmear options — they’ve got some killer cream cheeses like spinach & feta, charred broccoli and mortadella pimento. Bagels will be available until they’re sold out, and it’s cash only, so make sure to stop by the ATM on your way home Wednesday evening.
