Taste your way through a selection of the top artisanal goodies at Benedetto’s upcoming wine dinner scheduled for Friday, January 24th. Specialty imports, courtesy of Trigu Italia, will be featured alongside chef Michael Pagliarini‘s prix fixe menu and founder Jon Brownstein will be right at the table for you to pick his brain on all things Sardinian culinary culture (he’s an expert on the topic). A line-up of wines from Cantine Lilliu will be announced soon as will the specifics of the spread, which is $85 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
