On Thursday, June 11th the Sherborn Inn hosts Anthony Bell of Bell Wine Cellars for a special evening of wine, food and conversation. Bell will bring his wealth of wine knowledge (he’s a vertiable expert on the subject of clonal research of the cabernet sauvignon grape), as well as an assortment of wines for guests to try and enjoy. To pair with these luscious libations, chef Robert Fathman‘s got a few tasty tricks up his sleeve. Among the evening’s five courses: soft polenta with farmers cheese, warm lobster salad, roasted corn and micro greens; and roasted duck breast with Chinese 5 spice marinade, arugula, roasted Asian pear gastrique and red chili oil.
