Behind the Line with Will Gilson

On Monday, June 20th Will Gilson will take a little break from his latest pop up venture to teach you a thing or two about being behind the line. As part of the BCAE‘s eponymous series, the EAT and former Garden at the Cellar chef will lead a hands-on cooking class featuring his signature farm fresh comfort food. The class, which starts at 6:00pm, costs $75 (plus a $15 materials fee) but you can always opt for the $25 version which takes out the cooking part and allows you to sample the night’s dishes. Seats will go quickly so sign up via the center’s website.
