Start the week sipping some of Spain’s finest at Estragon‘s Monday Night Wine Tasting. Sommelier Thomas Tietjen will be pouring samples of Gran Feudo Rose, Nita, Roda I, Chivite 125 so drop by between 6:00-8:00pm for a formal introduction. The wine tasting itself is completely free but chef-owner Julio de Haro, who’s back in the kitchen these days, will be cooking up some $1 tapas to go along with the evening’s offerings.
