Wine Mondays at L’Espalier usually pit wine styles against one another in tannic competition. But on Monday, August 7th, chef-owner Frank McClelland switches up the format with a citified clam bake and a battle between summer beers and crisp ciders. Come by at 7:00pm for this five-course tasting pitting hops against honeycrisps for the title of ultimate carbonated champion. Dinner runs $98 and reservations can be made by calling 617.262.3023.
