South End staple, The Beehive, understands the importance of community, and they’re hosting a benefit to help out neighboring non-profit United South End Settlements’ (USES), which provides childcare and youth center services to low-income families. A pipe burst at the organization back in January, causing severe damage and displacing over 100 children from early childhood education and after school programming.
Show your support and stop by The Beehive on Tuesday, February 6th for complimentary hors d’oeuvres beginning at 6:00pm and make a financial contribution to USES or drop off new/gently used toys and books. Can’t make it on Tuesday? The restaurant will donate 100% of food sales on USES dinner reservations starting Monday, February 5th through Wednesday, February 7th. Just make a reservation online or by calling 617.423.0069, and use the code “USES”. All proceeds will go towards rebuilding the interior of the building, which is expected to take 12-18 weeks.
