On Wednesday, April 21st, executive chef Daniel Kenney and chef de cuisine Edward Farrow have designed a four-course dinner to accompany wine selections like BV Carneros Chardonnay 2002, BV Reserve Tapestry 2000, BV Napa Merlot 2000 and BV Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon 2000. The evening starts at 7:00pm includes with passed hors d’oeuvres and wine commentary by Bob Trembell of Beaulieu Vineyards.
