Beaujolais Dinner in Brewster

On Saturday, November 17th, Chillingsworth in Brewster is celebrating the uncorking of this season’s Beaujolais Nouveau, a red wine fermented for just a couple of weeks and released on the third Thursday in November, with a multi-course harvest-season wine dinner. The event used to start with a race from the vineyards to Paris with the very first bottles, but you can take your time, with a selection of passed appetizers starting at 6:30 followed by a seated dinner.
