Fresh from a recent trip to the Beard House to cook a collaborative dinner with his fellow Culinary Concepts chefs, chef Brian Anderson gets back to business in the kitchen at Market. Don’t worry if you missed his Big Apple appearance; you’ll have a week’s worth of second chances. From May 11th through the 18th, Anderson’ll be serving a slightly pared down version of the epic menu, which included courses from chefs from around the country representing restaurants all over the world like Market, J&G Grill, Cook Hall, J&G Steakhouse and Spice Market.
