What’s Cooking at the BCAE?

Spring into the kitchen with local celebrity chefs at the Boston Center for Adult Education. The March and April schedule includes top cookers from spots like Loyal Nine, Oak Long Bar, Moonshine 152 and more, sharing their skills for the at-home kitchen. Marc Sheehan of Loyal Nine starts things off with a sustainable seafood class on Monday, March 7th. The educational eatery continues with dumplings and noodles from chef Philip Tang (Banyan), updated regional classics from chef Russell Ferguson (Oak Long Bar), Moonshine favorites from chef Asia Mei (Moonshine 152), Greek Easter with chef Michael Schlow (Doretta Taverna) and exquisite sweets from chef Renae Connolly (Café ArtScience). See the all-star options below—classes run from 6:00-9:00pm and cost $70 per person (or $60 per member) with a $15 materials fee. Visit the BCAE website to reserve your place on the line.
