Great Road Kitchen co-owner and executive chef Chris Frothingham has fired up the smoker for a BBQ a la carte menu that is dripping with flavor. Mark your calendars for the first Thursday of each month (from 4:00pm to 9:00pm) and get your BBQ plates for only $15. The last pop-up featured smoked pulled pork, smoked brisket, buttermilk fried chicken, and BBQ smash burgers with all the fixin’s (coleslaw, potato salad, mac & cheese, and Hawaiian rolls).

The cookout specials are available for dine-in or take out, but seating is limited and so are the number of take-out meals. Everything is made in small batches and it’s first come first serve, and once it’s gone, it’s gone (last month everything sold out in the first 1.5 hours!). Make sure to book your table ahead of time or set an alarm on your phone to call 978.952.7333 and get your plate orders in, on the day.
