BBQ & Pastry To-Go Pop-Up, Part Five


Get ready for a weekend full of barbecue and baked goods from Flour’s Joanne Chang and The Smoke Shop’s Andy Husbands – it’s time to place your orders for this week’s BBQ & Pastry To-Go Pop Up. Be sure to reserve your package before 5:00pm on Thursday, April 23rd and plan on being at the Seaport location of The Smoke Shop on Saturday, April 25th at your designated pick-up time.

This week’s line-up includes ribs, hot links, a whole smoked chicken and a slew of sides and sauces including one from Bill Gillespie of Smokin Hoggz BBQ team (winners of the 2011 Jack Daniels World Championship) as well as the Kansas City Tribute BBQ Sauce from the Smoke Shop BBQ’s first cookbook. If you’re more the breakfast type, you can expect whole wheat apple scones and the legendary Chunky Lola cookie from the Flour team. Of course, you can always order both — proceeds from the sale support staff members throughout the Smoke Shop and Flour families while both businesses are closed, so you’d be doing a good deed by over-ordering.
