Rosebud goes into the woods with a week-long celebration of barrel-aged beers. From Monday, March 20th through Saturday, March 25th, they’re marking the first week of spring by tapping at least one new brew a night. Battle of the Barrels pours include the Framinghammer porter from Jack’s Abby, the Aventureux Belgian from Allagash and a French Toast stout from Wicked Weed, among many others. See below for the full schedule of suds, including visitors from the featured brewery from 5:00-7:00pm each evening. Chef John Delpha’s menu will complement the hearty beers with dishes like braised beef short ribs, stout donuts and pretzels with beer cheese.
