Better Bagels Pop Up at Coppa

Mark your calendars for Coppa’s next Better Bagels Pop-Up on Thursday, June 28th. As has become the monthly tradition, the South End enoteca from Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette will be welcoming their dough-slinging friends for an early morning bagel bonanza. Starting at 7:30am, there’ll be bagels aplenty (plain, everything and cinnamon raisin) to be adorned with a variety of spreads or made into tasty sandwiches. See some of the options below and start planning your order. You should also plan on bringing cash and getting there early since it’s first come, first served and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
